TBA Heating & Plumbing Ltd is a Hexham-based plumbing, heating and electrical company serving homeowners and landlords across the Tyne Valley and rural Northumberland.
Our story
Built on straight answers and tidy work.
We started TBA for a simple reason: people around Hexham kept telling us the same story. Three different tradesmen for one bathroom. Quotes that changed halfway through. Firms from the city that wouldn't come past Corbridge.
So we do it differently. One registered engineer covers your plumbing, heating and electrics: Gas Safe for gas, OFTEC for oil, with certified domestic electrical work. You get a straight answer about what's wrong, a proper written quote, and a job that's tested, certificated and tidied up afterwards.
Because we live and work here, our reputation in the valley is the whole business. That's the only sales pitch you'll get from us.

Turn up, on time
Agreed time slots you can plan around. If we're delayed on a job, you get a call, not silence and an excuse at 6pm.
Respect for your home
Dust sheets down, boots off where they should be, and everything tested and tidied before we leave. Certificates emailed over, not "in the post".
Where we work
Hexham first, then the whole valley.
Based at Hexham Business Park, we cover the town and the villages and farms around it, including plenty of places the bigger firms won't travel to.

If you're off the mains gas grid, and a lot of this area is, that's not a problem, it's the reason we're OFTEC registered and carry parts for oil and LPG systems as standard.
