Cold house to warm in a day and a half.

A fifteen-year-old boiler that had been limping for two winters, swapped for a modern A-rated unit with smart controls. Old pipework flushed, radiators balanced, and the airing cupboard left tidier than we found it.

Full strip-out and refit: new bath with overhead mixer shower, wall-hung basin, heated towel rail, and all the electrics: lighting, extractor fan and shaver point, handled by the same team on the same schedule.
